Import questions from a CSV file PRO

1. Open Import / Export in the app.
2. Upload a CSV file with one row per answer. Rows with the same product and question become one question with several answers. Up to 2,000 rows per import.
3. Choose what to do with questions that already exist: add new ones and skip existing, skip products that already have questions, or replace the questions of the products in the file.

Columns

product_handle, author, email, question, status (enable or disable), created_at, answer, author_answer, email_answer, created_at_answer, owner_answer (1 for a store answer).

This is the format of Ryviu's questions CSV, so you can bring questions over from Ryviu on another platform.
